preventive travel medicine by providing the traveler with knowledge and ability
to be in charge of
their own wellness
abroad. We provide a complete
consultation with pre-travel evaluation, vaccination review and administration,
and pertinent prescriptions.
Peachtree Travel Clinic is
under the supervision of Dr Ronald Devine, a specialist in infectious diseases
and travel medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases
and he has obtained his Certificate of Knowledge in Clinical Tropical
Medicine and Travelers' Health from The American
Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. He has been the medical director of the clinic since
2003. Dr Devine is a member of the International
Society of Travel Medicine and The American
Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. Dr Devine serves as a
medical advisor to CARE USA, an
international relief organization based in Atlanta, GA. Dr Devine is also
active in international medical missions and he has worked in El Salvador and
Nicaragua with
Children's Cross Connection
International and in Guatemala with Friends of Guatemala. Jessie Mullins, RN,
and Toni Selby, RN, work
full time as the travel medicine nurses and they provide the pre-travel consultation
and vaccinations. Jessie has been a travel medicine nurse for over 15 years
and Toni for nearly 10 years.
